On the territory of Slovechansko-Ovruchskyi Ridge, a new locality of Botrichium lunaria (L.) SW. was found. This is the second record of the species in Central Polissya. The population characterized by rather low number of individuals is located in the middle part of a steep eastern slope. This record within the designed International Biosphere Reserve is of great importance and raises the status of this territory with regard to biodiversity conservation.
