Results of the inventory of a rare component of fungal diversity conducted during 2008–2018 in the Kamenystyi forest parcel of Hutsulshchyna National Nature Park are provided. Nine species of fungi listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine are reported: Anthurus archeri, Boletus regius, Clavariadelphus pistillaris, Hericium coralloides, Leucoagaricus nympharum, Mutinus caninus, Polyporus umbellatus, Russula turci, and Strobilomyces strobilaceus. In addition, other six rare in Ukraine species (Ganoderma lucidum, Gyromitra infula, Hericium alpestre, H. cirrhatum, Sarcosphaera coronaria, and Sparassis nemecii) were recorded. Two species proposed for the IUCN Red List, Asterophora lycoperdoides and Craterellus cornucopioides, are also reported. Information about their localities, ecological peculiarities, distribution in Hutsulshchyna National Nature Park, in Ukraine, and total geographical ranges is provided. It is proposed to include five rare species of macrofungi (Ganoderma lucidum, Gyromitra infula, Hericium alpestre, H. cirrhatum, Sparassis nemecii) into the next edition of the Red Data Book of Ukraine or the Red lists of regionally rare species of mushrooms of the Ukrainian Carpathians.
