New data on a rare species of lichenicolous fungi, Vouauxiella lichenicola (Linds.) Petrak & Sydow, found in Carpathian Biosphere Reserve and Shatsk National Nature Park are presented. The species description, data on distribution and cited herbarium specimens are given.
